The Flower Corner Delivery Policy

At The Flower Corner, we are committed to delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements with exceptional customer service. Please review our Delivery Policy before placing your order.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday during our regular business hours.

• We are closed on Sundays, except for select holidays.

• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Availability depends on our inventory and delivery capacity.

Delivery Area and Fees

• We proudly deliver within a 10-mile radius of our shop.

• Delivery fees start at a minimum charge of $9.95.

• Delivery fees are calculated at $2.00 per mile from our shop to the delivery address.

• Delivery mileage is rounded up to the next whole mile.

• Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges and driver availability.

Delivery Time Requests

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested delivery times; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather

• Recipient availability

• Road closures

• High order volume

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Timed delivery service may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient may not be available, please provide instructions in the Order Notes during checkout.

If you authorize us to leave the flowers at the front door, porch, or another designated location, please clearly state where the order may be left.

Please remember that Florida’s high temperatures and humidity can quickly damage fresh flowers. Unless you authorize us to leave the arrangement unattended, our driver will use their best judgment to determine whether a safe, shaded, and secure delivery location is available.

If the recipient is unavailable and there is no suitable place to leave the arrangement, we may:

• Contact the recipient or sender for instructions.

• Leave the arrangement with a neighbor, unless instructed otherwise.

• Return the order to the shop for a future delivery attempt.

When you authorize us to leave an order unattended, The Flower Corner is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, exposure to weather, animals, or a reduction in flower quality after delivery has been completed.

An additional delivery fee may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Apartments, Condominiums and Gated Communities

Customers are responsible for providing:

• The complete delivery address

• Apartment, suite, or unit number

• Gate and access codes

• The recipient’s telephone number

• Any necessary delivery instructions

Missing or inaccurate information may cause delays and could result in additional delivery charges.

Business and Facility Deliveries

Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, schools, hotels, nursing homes, funeral homes, and other facilities are subject to each location’s operating hours, security requirements, and receiving policies.

The Flower Corner is not responsible for delays caused by a facility’s receiving procedures, security restrictions, or the recipient’s unavailability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify all delivery information before submitting your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• Delivery may be delayed.

• Additional delivery charges may apply.

• We will make every reasonable effort to contact the sender before rescheduling the delivery.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

The Flower Corner is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Severe weather

• Heavy traffic

• Road closures

• Vehicle accidents

• Natural disasters

• Mechanical problems

• Other events beyond our reasonable control

We will make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery safely and as quickly as possible.

Holiday Deliveries

During major floral holidays—including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other high-volume occasions—our delivery schedule may differ from our regular schedule.

To ensure that every customer receives their flowers, deliveries may be completed at any time during the day and as late as 11:00 PM.

Because of increased holiday demand, specific delivery times and delivery windows cannot be guaranteed. Our drivers follow the most efficient routes available to complete all deliveries safely.

We strongly recommend placing holiday orders in advance. Ordering early provides the best opportunity for delivery as close as possible to your preferred time.

Delivery Confirmation

After an order has been successfully delivered, its status will be updated to Delivered.

To document the delivery, our drivers may:

• Photograph the completed delivery for our records.

• Obtain the recipient’s signature when required.

The Flower Corner reserves the right to require a signature for high-value orders, business deliveries, or whenever the driver determines that confirmation is necessary.

Substitution Policy

Fresh flowers are seasonal products, and availability may change.

If certain flowers, containers, colors, or decorative elements are unavailable, The Flower Corner may substitute items of equal or greater value while maintaining the arrangement’s overall style, color palette, quality, and value.

Flower Care

Fresh flowers are perishable. To help maximize their vase life, we recommend:

• Keeping the flowers in clean, fresh water.

• Changing the water every two to three days.

• Trimming the stems regularly.

• Keeping the arrangement away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and air-conditioning vents.

Quality Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the freshness and quality of every arrangement we create.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue promptly and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with The Flower Corner, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Delivery Policy.

You understand that delivery times may vary because of traffic, weather, recipient availability, security restrictions, holiday demand, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Policy

At The Flower Corner Corp, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders canceled within 30 minutes of being placed may be eligible for a full refund, provided that order processing or floral design has not begun. Refund eligibility is determined at the discretion of The Flower Corner Corp.

Orders canceled more than 30 minutes after placement are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees, administrative costs, and resources incurred in processing your order.

If your order has already been designed, prepared, or is out for delivery, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, or additional charges may apply.

The Flower Corner Corp reserves the right to refuse cancellations once order preparation or delivery has begun.
